ACES has an open position for Sr Data Analyst supporting workforce analytics and program execution for the DoW CIO WID. This role involves developing reports analyzing workforce trends and supporting leadership decision-making. Please call or email today if interested ( / ).
OPPORTUNITY
- Contract Length: 5 years - have been supporting client for over 15 years.
- Work Location: Onsite at Mark Center (Arlington VA)
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
- Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical field with 10 years in relevant field experience
- Start Date: May/June 2026
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead workforce data analysis and reporting efforts
- Develop dashboards and visualizations
- Support implementation of workforce initiatives
- Provide insights to leadership based on data analysis
- Coordinate across stakeholders to support execution
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with workforce analytics and reporting
- Proficiency with data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting DoW programs preferred
