YOUR IMPACT
We are searching for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant with 5 years Admin experience to support the General Counsel ofGoldman Sachs Bank Europe SE(GSBE) and the Frankfurt Legal Team. Previousexperience in supporting executives and managing complexdiariesis essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a busy and dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing administrative support to the MD and Frankfurt Legal Team
- Maintaining detailed calendars and prioritizing meeting requests
- Coordinating internal meetings with senior leaders and high level stakeholders at the firm and forming good relationships with Executive Admins throughout the firm
- Coordinating internal and external Regulatory meetings with Regulators throughout EMEA either in person or via Zoom
- Providing legal spend management support and proactively managing legal billing for the team
- Book travel arrangements and process expense reports in a timely fashion
- Maintaining a strong understanding of firm policies to allow handling of certain issues independently
- Responsible for participating in general administrative duties and taking on ad-hoc requests as required

- Strong proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Team player with a positive attitude
- 5 years of Admin Assistant experience
- Fluent in German and English
