Job Summary
Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for PT Swim Instructors for our Summer Season (approximate dates 5/15-9/30). The Swim Instructor is responsible for providing consistent quality private swim instruction.

$18 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities of the Swim Lesson Instructor:
Provide quality swim instruction to early swimmers in a private appointment only setting.
Establish clear objectives and goals based on participant ability and maintain a supportive and positive environment.
Adhere to swim and pool safety standards.
Effectively communicates with students parents and managers.
Follow pool rules and directions from Lifeguard.
Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
Create a fun and safe environment for early swimmers.
Communicate with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement.
Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.
Regular and reliable attendance required.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications of the Swim Instructor:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CPR First Aid.
Experience required.
Other Qualifications:
WSI certification preferred.
Must love working with children.
