Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)Case Managerposition in the Richmondarea.
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse On-Call position includes the followingjob duties: Admissions Discharges and the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas- required
- 1yearsexperience as a RN - preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health- preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Abilityto travel must havereliable transportation
- Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
