Position Description:

Due to the secure nature of the programme you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This position will work on-site 5 days a week in Basingstoke.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role you will design and deliver engaging high-quality training solutions that support a secure Defence programme. Working closely with a fellow training specialist you will take ownership of developing learning materials aligned to agreed training strategies ensuring content is clear effective and tailored to user needs. You will contribute to ongoing capability development by supporting training needs analyses and continuously improving learning approaches in a dynamic collaborative environment.

You will break down complex processes into accessible learning experiences across multiple formats enabling users to confidently adopt new systems and ways of working while contributing to programme success.

Design & Develop multi-format training materials including CBT guides and classroom content

Create & Deliver engaging eLearning using Lectora

Analyse & Translate user requirements into effective training solutions

Collaborate & Contribute to DSAT-aligned Training Needs Analyses where required

Simplify & Communicate complex processes into clear user-friendly content

Support & Enhance continuous improvement of training strategies and materials

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You will bring experience in designing and developing training content across multiple formats with the ability to translate complex information into clear engaging learning materials. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential along with a collaborative approach and a willingness to work within a secure on-site Defence environment.

You should have experience creating training materials (eLearning guides classroom content)

Strong proficiency in developing CBT ideally using Lectora

Proven ability to break down processes into clear structured learning content

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Good analytical skills and attention to detail

DV clearance and willingness to work on-site with the client

Experience with DSAT (JSP822) and/or agile methodologies
