Job Summary
We are growing in Austin and want you to join our team! L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking a Client Success & Growth Manager who can lead our sales efforts both inside and outside of the office. We are seeking a motivated goal-focused individual who knows how to build and maintain relationships and increase sales. Compensation package that includes salary and both monthly commission and quarterly performance bonus components.
Essential Functions:
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Identify and target prospective client companies through research networking and referrals
Conduct outbound prospecting calls emails and visits to generate new business
Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs emphasizing value quality and speed
Negotiate contracts bill rates and service agreements to ensure profitability
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and new opportunities

Education and Experience Guidelines:
Have outside sales experience
Have at least 5 years of professional experience
College education preferred
