Provides organizational and technological leadership for development of enterprise HealthIT solutions by developing goals objectives policies and procedures. Responsible for the SDLC and ensuring critical applications and platforms operate at a high level of stability and continue to evolve in line with institutional priorities and industry best practices. Prepares operating budgets and performs personnel administration functions..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops goals and objectives for the department based on interpretation of institutional policy and goals.
Ensures effective operations of the department through program development process improvement including the incorporation of AI software development capabilities and coordination/integration of processes with other teams within and outside of HealthIT.
Identifies establishes and evaluates quality assurance security and privacy standards programs and procedures within the department.
Develops staffing plans justifications and budgets for product and project investments.
Partners with leaders across HealthIT to plan for and coordinate successful projects in a transparent and collaborative manner.

Bachelors degree (required)
Experience leading development teams
Healthcare experience (preferred)
