Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL in good standing with no disqualifying restrictions
- Previous roofing or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to travel out of state for same-day assignments as needed
- Overtime opportunities available
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up materials from suppliers and verify accuracy before delivery to job sites
- Deliver building materials to residential and commercial locations
- Return unused materials and ensure proper documentation
- Upload and maintain accurate job-related paperwork
- Retrieve materials from job sites as needed
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift crane conveyor etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse and stock areas
- Ensure tools and equipment remain in proper working condition
- Assist with vehicle upkeep in coordination with the fleet manager
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials
- Perform pre- and post-trip DOT inspections
- Secure loads safely on trucks and trailers
- Keep assigned vehicles clean and well-maintained
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately
- Provide strong customer service at all job sites
- Supervise rooftop material handling when necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability
- Day shift
- $25/hour with overtime opportunities

Requirements:
Requirements & Physical Demands
- Maintain a valid CDL and meet all federal and state driving requirements
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic equipment
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Frequently lift 50 lbs
- Work in tight spaces and at heights (often over 5 feet)
- Capable of prolonged standing sitting walking bending and kneeling
- Flexible schedule availability
- Strong work ethic with a positive team-oriented attitude
