What is this role
As a Production Associate for Cirkul you will be working on the manufacturing process of blending product assembly packaging of finished products and order fulfillment.
What does an average day look like
- Driving Results: Hold self accountable while working in a fast pace environment and delivering quality performance.
- Taking Ownership: Show up ready to work. Willing to receive feedback on performance.
- Making Decisions: Troubleshoot and report any problems that may arise on the production line.
- Cultivating Relationships: Work in a friendly team environment with a focus on driving production.
- Instilling Trust: Keep up with safety protocols when operating equipment and by wearing correct PPE at all times.
- Customer Focus: Hit daily production targets and complete each individual task in an effective and timely manner.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm. Pay is $16/hr.
What background should you have
- 1years of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Proficiency in reading writing and speaking English is a requirement for this position
- Comfortable with temperatures that can vary between 60F and 90F in some parts of the warehouse
- Can lift up to 49 pounds
- Be able to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Need to be able to stand walk push pull squat bend and reach during shifts
- Have used carts dollies hand trucks and other gear to move items around
- Can go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Adhere to strict safety quality and fulfillment production standards
