Front Desk Agent Part time - Fairfield Inn & Suites: Wentzville MO
What We Are Looking For:
Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Wentzville Missouri. You must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays as needed.
What You Will Be Doing:
Welcome guests complete registration procedures assign accommodations issue room keys and provide directions and hotel information
Maintain accurate records of room availability reservations and guest accounts
Ensure all required documentation and transactions are properly completed
Perform end-of-day closeout procedures
Generate and review daily reports
Process reservations including creating confirming and canceling bookings
Accurately handle cash receipts guest accounts and credit transactions ensuring all financial records are balanced
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of one year of experience handling cash and financial transactions
At least one year of prior experience in a hotel Front Desk or guest services role
Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays as needed
Strong communication skills attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
