Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Architect in a growing U.S.-based company. As an Architect you will be responsible for designing and planning building structures ensuring functionality safety and aesthetics. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs develop design concepts create detailed plans using design software and ensure the project aligns with the original vision budget and timeline. You will also ensure that all designs comply with building codes regulations and sustainability standards. Strong project management problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in CAD Revit and other design software.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
2-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee building projects from concept to completion.
Create detailed drawings blueprints and 3D models.
Collaborate with clients engineers and contractors.
Ensure designs comply with local codes and regulations.
Manage project timelines budgets and resources.

Compensation

$1500 - $2500 USD/month paid in USD depending on experience.

Details

Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
