Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling IT services and software solutions in the US market. The ideal candidate will be based in the NY/NJ region and will play a key role in driving revenue growth building strategic client relationships and expanding our footprint across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development and sales for IT services software solutions and digital transformation offerings in the US market
  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold outreach and strategic partnerships
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver compelling client presentations proposals and RFP responses
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with India-based offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Act as a bridge between onsite clients and offshore teams ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
  • Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and market demands

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling IT services and software solutions in the US market
  • Strong network within NY/NJ business ecosystem preferred
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in closing large deals and managing enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of onsite-offshore delivery model
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel within the US as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global delivery models involving India-based teams
  • Background in industries such as BFSI Healthcare Retail or Technology
  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
