Job Summary
AAA Club Alliance is hiring for a Travel Marketing Manager to join our team! The Travel Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive Travel Services growth across leisure and specialty travel segments. This role combines deep travel industry expertise with strong marketing strategy capabilities to accelerate online and advisorled bookings increase member penetration in travel and strengthen AAAs competitive position in the marketplace. Our ideal candidate will have travel marketing experience B2B marketing with a focus on trade show/events a strategic mindset and ability to grow in the role.

Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the development of fullfunnel marketing strategies across key travel segments.
Translate consumer insights member behavior and competitive intelligence into actionable campaign plans and messaging.
Partner with key stakeholders to define annual travel marketing strategies KPIs and growth opportunities.
Campaign & Channel Management:
Manage the strategy and tactical implementation of omnichannel campaigns including paid media direct mail influencer email social landing pages merchandising and inbranch assets.
Oversee campaign briefs creative direction segmentation targeting and performance optimization.
Collaborate with Travel Services product owners
Ensure alignment between messaging channel mix offers and customer journey by travel segment.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness through KPIs analytics dashboards and financial performance.
Recommend optimizations to improve conversion reduce acquisition costs expand retargeting pools and enhance overall campaign ROI.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Serve as the strategic liaison between Marketing and Travel Services Digital and external agencies to ensure unified campaign execution.
Lead crossfunctional planning discussions ensure stakeholder alignment and manage timelines budgets and workflows.
Support the Corporate Travel Business Development team by managing marketing needs for industry trade shows and B2B events including preevent promotion on-site materials and postevent follow-up marketing.
Partner with Business Development to ensure trade show strategies align with corporate travel growth priorities target accounts and leadgeneration goals.
Production & Project Management:
Manage endtoend production schedules for advertising materials including publications direct mail email brochures landing pages and social media.
Request cost proposals from printers and agencies manage budgets and ensure ontime delivery of all assets
Lead tactical discussions with internal departments and business lines to ensure alignment of marketing and promotional efforts and on-time delivery of advertising campaigns.
Oversee the creation and delivery of event assetsincluding booth materials signage presentations and collateralfor Corporate Travel trade shows and industry conferences.
Manage logistics timelines and vendor coordination for B2B event marketing to ensure a consistent brand presence and strong sales enablement support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related discipline or equivalent.
5 years related work experience (preferably with travel industry experience); demonstrated success with marketing production and implementation.
Experience supporting trade shows B2B events or salesenablement marketing for a business development organization preferred.
Proven success leading marketing strategy and fullfunnel campaigns.
Experience with segmentation personalization and performancedriven media strategies.
Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital (SEM social display retargeting) email and print
Thorough knowledge of marketing theory and tactics as applied to Travel Services marketing and promotions.
Experience managing fast-paced production timelines and multiple projects within budget.
Current and relevant knowledge of digital marketing channels including Search Engine Marketing Social Media etc.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the travel industry preferred.
Strong ownership skills with the ability to influence people and outcomes and to articulate desired direction through gaining consensus on how to best proceed.
Strong communications skills that encourage open dialogue and collaboration
Ability to quickly develop innovative and creative marketing approaches to increase sales in a cost-effective manner.
Excellent writing creative briefing and messaging skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite with expertise in PowerPoint Word and Excel. InDesign Adobe Pro Workfront and/or HTML experience a plus.
