Job Title: Storeman (Facility Management Experience Required)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Storeman to manage store operations materials handling and inventory control within a Facility Management (FM) environment. The candidate should have strong experience in handling maintenance materials spare parts tools and consumables related to building maintenance and FM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and verify incoming materials tools and spare parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the store system (manual/ERP)
- Issue materials to technicians and maintenance teams as per requirements
- Ensure proper storage and handling of electrical plumbing HVAC and building maintenance materials
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages and reorder requirements
- Maintain proper documentation such as GRN material issue notes and stock registers
- Conduct periodic stock checks and support inventory audits
- Ensure the store is clean organized and safe at all times
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for material requirements
- Follow company safety procedures and store management standards
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Storeman / Storekeeper
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management (FM)
- Diploma or BSc Degree (Engineering / Logistics / Any Technical Field preferred)
- Experience handling FM-related materials such as HVAC parts electrical items plumbing materials tools and consumables
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP / Store software)
- Good communication and organizational skills
