Job Summary
Overview
Summary: Manages all company pickups and deliveries in provided vehicle by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities

- Utilizes forklift to load unload move and stack materials in a safe manner.
- Ensures load in vehicle is secure.
- Prioritizes daily schedule utilizing the best route with the most efficient company provided vehicle.
- Understands packaging standards to ensure safe transit of product.
- Obtains proof of delivery.
- Communicates with other departments regarding special shipping needs quantity discrepancies or concerns of safe transit.
- Verifies and compares manifest to actual box count and ensuring correct delivery location.
- Recognizes damaged material and relay information to the quality department.
- Collects provided payment for goods and services.
- Picks up supplies.
- Requests maintenance on company fleet while maintaining safety check sheet.
- Ensures all receipts for purchases are delivered to the accounting department.
- Assists other areas of the department during down time.
- Assists with the internal transportation of product.
- Navigates a fast paced environment with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible for the quality of their work and implementation of the quality policy.
- Ensures that document and digital data control is in compliance with AS9100 guidelines.
- Authorizes to stop any production order for quality concerns.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Forklift certification

- 20 ft. Box Truck
- 24ft Flatbed
- 26ft. Box truck
