This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with experience managing teams and achieving ambitious sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and achieve branches sales targets.
- Monitor and improve monthly sales KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts.
- Analyze market conditions and identify new sales opportunities.
- Lead coaching training and development of the sales team.
- Ensure effective onboarding of new sales employees.
- Prepare sales reports budgets and performance analysis.
- Maintain communication with senior management regarding sales performance and strategy.

- Minimum 3 years in Sales Management
