Job Details
- Salary: $80000 to $200000 annually based on experience and qualifications
- Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using the latest technical tools and administrative systems.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and colleagues.
- Stay current with technical publications Service Comm updates and Asist terminal operations.
- Deliver safe high-quality service ensuring customer satisfaction on the first visit.
- Inspect vehicles for additional service needs adhering to factory and local maintenance recommendations.
- Participate in factory and in-house training programs to enhance skills.
- Complete all service paperwork accurately and attach required documents to repair orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by service management.
- Arrive punctually dressed in a clean uniform ready to work each day.
Work Environment
Our facility supports a professional and efficient work atmosphere with modern equipment and a strong team culture. Technicians handle over 70 repair orders daily in a climate-controlled shop.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay ranging from $80000 to $200000 based on experience and qualifications.
- Up to $10000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional automotive service experience on various vehicle makes and models.
- Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections diagnostics maintenance and repairs.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
- High-energy personality with a positive attitude.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Valid state drivers license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred but not mandatory.
