Job Summary
Role Overview
This dual-role position is critical to ensuring student safety both in transit and on campus. As a Bus Driver and School Monitor you are responsible for safe transportation and reinforcing UPAs culture of structure safety and respect throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation (Bus Driver)
- Safely transport students to and from school and designated stops
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe bus environment
- Communicate effectively with families and school staff as needed
What You Bring
- Valid CDL license or willingness to obtain)
- Strong commitment to student safety
- Professionalism and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage student behavior calmly and consistently
- Reliability and punctuality
