Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of our Assisted Living operations.
- Develop and maintain written guidelines and procedures that govern the operation of the Assisted Living community.
- Assist department supervisors in the planning conducting and scheduling of in-service training classes on-the-job training and orientation programs.
- Maintain contact and professional relationships with families and residents.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and high standards of care and services.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Teams to ensure high occupancy.
- Work closely with the Experience Team to ensure a high level of satisfaction with residents and families.
- Continue to build a strong and competitive workforce that provides the highest quality of care for our residents.
- Work closely with our Human Resource Team to ensure our employees are thriving and feel valued.
Qualifications
- Valid Assisted Living Facility Manager License acknowledged by the State of Arizona required.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience managing an assisted living or long-term care facility required.
- Must follow and adhere to the organization Federal and State regulations and guidelines including Residents Rights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong operational management skills including budgeting financial acumen compliance oversight and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety regulations in healthcare environments is essential.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
