Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Εξασφάλιση ποιοτικής εγκατάστασης ανελκυστήρων σύμφωνα με τις συμβατικές απαιτήσεις και τα πρότυπα της Otis
- Προγραμματισμός όλων των δραστηριοτήτων βάσει διαθέσιμων πόρων
- Ενημέρωση των πελατών για τις εκτιμώμενες ημερομηνίες παράδοσης των έργων.
- Παράδοση των ολοκληρωμένων έργων στους πελάτες
- Παραγγελία υλικών εκτός προϋπολογισμού διαχείριση εργαλείων.
- Προετοιμασία και αποτελεσματικός συντονισμός των εργοταξίων με τακτικούς ελέγχους
- Διενέργεια προκαταρκτικών ελέγχων και επίβλεψη των βασικών σταδίων κάθε εργοταξίου
- Διενέργεια ελέγχων Ασφαλείας στο εργοτάξιο
- Παροχή συμβουλών στην ομάδα πεδίου για πολύπλοκα έργα.
- Συντονισμός των τελικών ρυθμίσεων και της τελικής πιστοποίησης σε συνεργασία με τους φορείς ελέγχου
Aπαιτούμενα προσόντα
- Μηχανικός έργων/ Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός
- Τουλάχιστον 3 με 5 έτη εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση στον κλάδο των ανελκυστήρων
- Ικανότητα συντονισμού πολλαπλών εργασιών και ομάδων
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office επιθυμητή γνώση MS Project ή αντίστοιχου εργαλείου
- Οργανωτικότητα και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία
