Whats the scope of this role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale end-to-end (E2E) Business Support Systems (BSS) transformation programs within the telecommunications domain. This role is responsible for driving complex multi-stream initiatives spanning CRM billing order management and customer experience platforms ensuring seamless integration across the telecom ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong telecom domain expertise proven program delivery experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and manage E2E BSS transformation programs from strategy through execution and delivery
- Define program roadmap scope milestones and success criteria aligned with business objectives
- Manage interdependencies across systems and ensure seamless E2E integration
- Drive Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery models as appropriate
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders (CxO level business heads vendors)
- Facilitate governance forums steering committees and executive updates
- Align program outcomes with business KPIs such as revenue growth churn reduction and customer experience
- Drive organizational change adoption and business readiness
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to modern BSS platforms
What skills and experience will you need for this role
- 1015 years of experience in telecom/IT with at least 5 years in program management
- Proven track record delivering large-scale BSS transformation programs in telecom
- Strong understanding of telecom architectures including OSS/BSS ecosystems
- Experience with leading BSS platforms (e.g. Amdocs Netcracker Ericsson Oracle etc.)
- Expertise in program management methodologies (PMI PRINCE2 Agile frameworks)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Deep understanding of telecom business processes (order-to-cash trouble-to-resolve)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field
- Ability to travel
