Job Description

Missions principales :

Rattaché(e) à votre Manager du Service Relation Client vous êtes en charge dans le respect des procédures Europcar du traitement des demandes client complexes et sensibles.

A ce titre vous assurez les missions suivantes :

Vous gérez de façon efficiente les demandes clients complexes en respectant les attentes en terme de qualité et de délai de traitement.

Vous analysez les documents et les éléments à votre disposition afin de proposer une solution adaptée au client dans le respect des procédures Europcar. Vous utilisez pour cela lensemble des outils et supports daide à la recherche dinformation et à la résolution du litige. Vous contactez les clients et les autres départements dEuropcar lorsque nécessaire afin de mener à bien votre mission.

Vous vous assurez de la traçabilité du traitement des demandes dans les outils de gestion Europcar. Vous faite preuve dinitiative dans le respect des procédures Europcar.

Vous travaillez en liaison avec nos équipes prestataires afin dassurer la bonne prise en charge des demandes en fonction de leur complexité et des compétences nécessaires à leur traitement Vous identifiez les dysfonctionnements récurrents et êtes force de proposition des optimisations des procédures et des outils et participez aux workshops doptimisation afin de contribuer à lamélioration de la satisfaction dinsatisfaction client

Dans le cadre dun partage de connaissances et de bonnes pratiques vous participez activement à la montée en compétence globale des équipes prestataires et à lamélioration de la qualité de service grâce à votre expertise.
