Industrial Project Manager / Projectleider Industrialisatie

About the job

We are developing new products or improve our existing these multi-disciplinary projects we need a project manager industry who is able to:

• Work with engineering to design a product which is producible manufacturable and testable.
• Setup internal production and test facilities with production and test engineering for prototyping and series production
• Setup a full supply chain including the installation of external production in with suppliers
• Lead the industrialization activities and expert teams to realize the targets in time to be able to serve our customers needs

About you

• Master or Bachelor level Industrial Engineering and Management;
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the field of program and production management;
• Affinity with production technologies and processes logistics and supply chain management;
• Knowledge from and experience with Planning Cost Control and Lean Manufacturing;
• Well-developed and stimulating team leadership skills;
• Pragmatic proactive and customer-oriented work style;
• Flexible attitude to respond to changing situations and environments;
• Positive influence on relationships within and outside the industry organization;
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
