During this 13-week assignment a stipend of up to $1000 is available to help offset travel and participation costs based on your location and distance from the hospital.
We are looking for aTherapy Team Lead to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
At PAM Health we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. PAM Health has over 80 hospital locations and employs over 11000 people across the country. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development management and operation of both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
- Staffing program development budget development and monitoring program evaluation quality assurance risk management and marketing support relating to the program.
- Responsible for a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis.
- Approximately 80% of the time is spent in direct patient care.
Qualifications
Education and Training: Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license in the state where the hospital resides. A bachelors degree or higher is preferred. Current BLS certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical/patient care experience required. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
