As a Security Officer Badge Check Driver in Honolulu HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location where you will monitor entry points verify credentials and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible professional presence. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by following site-specific access control procedures badge and visitor processing protocols and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials manage visitor logs and help to deter unauthorized access to the location through consistent access control practices.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document security-related events according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies common areas parking areas and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
- Communicate with property management tenants vendors and emergency personnel as needed regarding access issues after-hours entry requests and other security-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state county and/or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
