Job Responsibilities
- One-to-one patient care
- Arrange your daily and weekly schedule to suit your needs
- Care coordination for better outcomes
- Variety of home visits including medication checks wound care IV infusions and assessments
- Electronic charting on an iPad is provided for you
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 1 Year RN Experience
- Participate in a team that supports you
- Able to Lift Pull and Push up to 50 Pounds
- Valid Drivers License
- Current CPR
