Job Summary
In-Home Caregiver
We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. This role is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in healthcare change careers or gain hands-on experience while pursuing a CNA nursing or other healthcare certification.
This position is ideal for:
Individuals looking to get their foot in the door in healthcare
Career changers interested in meaningful hands-on work

Anyone with a passion for helping others
No prior experience is required we provide training and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift push or pull 25 pounds
Ability to bend twist stoop kneel and reach
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Personal reliable vehicle auto insurance and drivers license required
Live in and willing to travel within 30 miles of their home in Madison County IL
Ability to use basic technology (Cell phone apps) to be able to provide reports through our electronic system
