Program Facilitator / Life Skills Instructor Need for a Part-Time Federal Program.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Facilitator / Life Skills Instructor to lead structured group sessions focused on personal development life skills and goal-setting within a federal program environment at FCI Fort Dix (NJ).

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in education counseling coaching or reentry programs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate structured group sessions (life skills mindset personal development)
Engage and motivate participants in a classroom-style setting
Support program structure and participant progress
Collaborate with program staff and leadership

Schedule:

Part-time (approx. 25 hours/week)
MondayFriday (daytime hours)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (required)
Experience in:
- Teaching / education
- Counseling or coaching
- Workforce development or reentry programs
Strong communication and group facilitation skills

Preferred:

Experience working with adults in structured environments
Background in behavioral programs or correctional settings

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
