| Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to prepare for the patient in their assigned area according to | |||||||||
| requirements of the patient physician and procedure to include but not limited to assembling and providing | |||||||||
| functions equipment supplies and instruments including sterilization and high level disinfection of supplies and | |||||||||

| Administers medication (s) per order of the physician and documents appropriately | |||||||||
| Monitors and reports any abnormal observed complications to the anesthesia provider and physician | |||||||||
| Accurately comprehends and interprets physician orders and direction following policy and procedures | |||||||||
| Documents in the patients medical record and other forms accurately legibly and timely in a timely manner | |||||||||

| Ability to work with medical and office equipment some of which will have moving parts | |||||||||
