About the Role
The Housekeeping/Food Service Worker supports shelter operations by maintaining cleanliness assisting with food service and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for residents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas kitchens and dining areas.
- Assist with food preparation serving and cleanup in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Wash dishes utensils pots and food service equipment.
- Follow infection control health and safety procedures.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory control.
- Remove trash and maintain sanitation of waste areas.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
