Job Summary
Position OverviewPerry Local Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-centered 4th Grade Teacher to join our elementary team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality instruction build strong relationships and support student growth across all core content ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver standards-aligned instruction in English language arts mathematics science and social studies Use data to inform instruction and support student achievement Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners Create a positive structured and engaging classroom environment Implement effective literacy and foundational skill practices Collaborate with colleagues in team-based structures (TBTs) Communicate regularly with students families and staff Support building and district initiatives focused on continuous improvement QualificationsValid Ohio teaching license for Elementary Education (K5 or appropriate grade band) Strong knowledge of elementary instructional practices and child development Commitment to collaboration growth and student-centered learning Ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families Preferred QualificationsExperience with structured literacy and evidence-based reading practices Familiarity with data-driven instruction and intervention supports Experience integrating technology into instruction
