As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Contributing as a team leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals contributing to theirdevelopmentand helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coaching
Leading and contributing to business development activitieswritingand presenting of proposals responding to RFPs and developing the firmsOraclemethodologiesand assets
Managing 3rdparty and offshore resources

Experiences and skills youll use to solve

8years ofprovenexperience in large-scaleOracleERPbusiness transformation andimplementationas a delivery leader.Completed at least4Oracle ERP transformations for clientsin various industries including multi-pillar implementations.
In-depth understanding of theERP and businesschallengesfaced by clientsandprovenability to deliver innovativebusiness and technicalsolutionstomeet these challenges.
Experience in Government and otherPublic sectororganizationsis considered an asset.
Experienceas a delivery leader or solution architect forOracle Cloud cross-pillar engagements (ERP with HCM or ERP withSCM)isa must

The salary range for this position is $168000 - $218000.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work location.In addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
