About the Project
The Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant supplies potable water to the community through advanced treatment and production systems. The facility supports long term water security for Perth. The alliance model encourages collaboration and innovation across all partners.
About the Opportunity
The Maintenance Manager leads asset management for the plant and drives performance cost and risk outcomes. The role oversees maintenance planning reliability programs and shutdown activities. It reports to the Alliance Manager and works closely with operations subcontractors and regulators.
Key Accountabilities
-Lead team culture and safety focus
-Develop asset strategies
-Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance
-Manage CMMS data and reporting
-Analyse asset performance
-Manage risk and safety compliance
-Lead maintenance projects
Required Skills and Competencies
-Engineering degree or related
-Experience in maintenance and asset management
-Leadership experience
-CMMS skills
-Understanding of safety standards
