Job Summary

Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Civil Litigation Associate to join a growing trial-focused practice.

This role is designed for an attorney who wants direct involvement in litigation matters that are actively being prepared for and taken through trial. The opportunity provides meaningful courtroom experience and hands-on responsibility across the full case lifecycle.

In this position the associate will be involved in:

Trial preparation and trial proceedings

Full lifecycle case responsibility

Depositions

Motions

Court appearances

The practice environment is collaborative and offers accessible mentorship supporting an associate who wants substantive litigation experience in a setting focused on active case involvement.

Compensation

$140000 to $165000 plus monthly bonus eligibility
