Major Responsibilities
- Provides support in the following areas: technical maintenance new store openings region communication meetings and ordering supplies.
- Handles incoming phone calls; responds to customer complaints; redirects questions/issues to appropriate resource.
- Interfaces with Payroll Department to ensure employee paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Processes AS/400 and other reports as assigned.
- Provides administrative support to Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
