Customer Service RepresentativeThe salary for this role is $14.00 per hour*This role is Atlanta GA Metro area RemoteHSC Customer Service Associate Youll never be bored in this role Functions as a customer service-oriented salesperson. Processes modifies and updates customer information and escalates complaints through communication channels. Successful employees must be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience of working with computers. Requires multi-tasking abilities by taking sales calls and customer service-related calls the ability to analyze problems that arise online collecting necessary information to assist customers and strong knowledge of the applications and tools used to assist customers. The Details -What You Need: Computer skills: Windows applications and typing skillsStrong ability to multi-taskBi-Lingual role only: Must be fluent in spoken and written SpanishWhat Youll Do:Processes orders forms applications and requestsMaintains a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all timesAssists new and existing customers through the online order processAnswers calls coming into the center pertaining to various customer service issuesTakes complaint calls documents issues that arise at stores and emails them to upper managementAdditional Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentSales / Customer Service experience preferredKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesKnowledge of relevant computer applicationsKnowledge of administrative proceduresExperience with numeric oral and written language applicationsProduct knowledgeAarons Total RewardsOur team members are our greatest asset.
