Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related support and when appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor phones radios alarms cameras and other dispatch systems to receive calls for service document activity and relay information to assigned personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate communication between on-site personnel building management and/or first responders during incidents medical events and other critical situations while following post orders and reporting protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs incident reports and dispatch records helping to support accurate communication timely follow-up and continuity of security-related operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 years of combined law enforcement military or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
