Elara Caring is hiring a Home Health CNA in Elkhart County. This role gives you the time to care for one patient at a time in their home where your support matters most.

What you will do

Help patients with bathing dressing grooming and mobility
Assist with safe transfers and positioning
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Document care and follow the care plan

What you need

Active CNA license in Indiana
High School Diploma or GED
Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to lift push pull or support up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
