About You
You are the right fit for this role if you:
- Thrive on solving complex cases that havent improved in traditional rehab settings.
- Enjoy collaboration - you actively review cases co-treat and contribute to team discussions.
- Seek continuous growth - you participate in weekly PT Learning Meetings and monthly one-on-one coaching with the PT Clinical Director.
- Want full autonomy in patient care without relying on assistants for critical treatment.

Position Details
Location: Tucson AZ
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Patient Load: 28-30 patients per week (1-hour sessions)
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations examinations and treatments using SPCs Phase-Based Rehab System to drive patient progress.
- Collaborate with our team of PTs strength coaches and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Complete administration work required for your patient caseload.
- Work with the administrative team to maximize your available schedule.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication with patients during and after care.
- Participate in weekly clinical education and team meetings to refine skills and stay at the forefront of PT practice.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork innovation and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
Required:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of experience (not required to be in outpatient care)
- Strong interpersonal skillsyou connect well with patients and colleagues
- Growth mindsetyou actively seek improvement and professional development
