Job Summary
Be the First Point of Contact for a High-Volume Dealership
Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group is looking for motivated professional and customer-focused BDC Agents to join our growing team. As a BDC Representative youll handle inbound and outbound communications set appointments and help drive traffic to one of the busiest dealerships in the region.
What Youll Do
- Answer incoming calls internet leads and customer inquiries promptly
- Make outbound calls texts and emails to follow up with customers
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Confirm and manage daily appointment schedules
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Follow up with unsold leads and missed appointments
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What Were Looking For
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Sales customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required
