### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at VEI Evansville IN. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a passion for helping customers and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. As a key point of contact for our clients you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with our company values and objectives.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new customer service team members.
- Stay updated on product knowledge services offered and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the enhancement of customer service strategies.

### Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
