What Youll Do:
- On-Site Service:Perform routine maintenance (oil changes tire rotations brake service) and light repairs at customer locations.
- Advanced Diagnostics:Use Ford-specific diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical mechanical and software issues.
- Recall & Software Support:Execute manufacturer recalls and perform critical vehicle software updates remotely.
- Customer Experience:Act as a brand ambassador explaining services clearly and building trust with every visit.
- Van Management:Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked mobile service unit.
What You Bring:
- Experience:2 years of automotive technician experience (Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus).
- Credentials:Valid drivers license with a clean driving record isrequired. ASE certifications (A1A9) or Ford STST credentials are highly preferred.
- Skills:Strong diagnostic abilities technical proficiency with tablets/handheld tools and excellent communication skills.
- Physical Ability:Must be able to lift up to 50100 lbs
- Mindset:A self-motivated start-up mentality with a passion for providing world-class customer service.
