Role Overview
Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts
PRN requires workinga minimum of 4 shiftsper month.
Shift coverage includes:
- Evening Shift: 2:00 p.m. 10:30 p.m. (8 hours)
- Night Shift: 10:00 p.m. 6:30 a.m. (8 hours)
Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions food allergies and preferences
- Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners ordersfollowing safety protocols andthe plan of care (if QMAP)
Qualifications
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- A love for seniors
- Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable)
