Requirements/Preferences:

8 years Required - (at least 2 years) Development experience with PeopleTools
8 years Required - (at least 2 years) Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
8 years Required - (at least 2 years) Experience with an advanced Oracle database
8 years Required - Ability to read and code (C# ) and SQL Server stored procedures.
8 years Required - (at least 2 years) Legacy to PeopleSoft complex data migrations
4 years Preferred - Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal State or Local Government)
2 years Preferred - Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
2 years Preferred - Experience with Jira
1 years Preferred - Experience working with the Scrum framework

8 or more years of experience relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals independently performs a variety of complicated tasks may lead and direct the work of others a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Reviews analyzes and modifies the programming systems including encoding testing and debugging to support an organizations Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system.
Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to document and explain the legacy logic to the project team and stakeholders.
Standard SDLC tasks and other project tasks as needed. Depending on the project phase some off-hours may be required.

The agency is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials developer for a critical migration project. This roles primary responsibilities include analyzing the legacy system built on framework reverse-engineering business logic and extracting critical data as well as standard PeopleSoft development.

Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central
This is currently a remote position; if it should become hybrid on-site days will be negotiated.
