Job Summary

The Implementation & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing the onboarding implementation policy issuance and ongoing compliance of stop loss clients within the MGU. This role oversees the accurate creation generation and adjudication of stop loss policies and applications ensuring all documentation aligns with underwriting terms carrier requirements and regulatory standards.

This position serves as a key liaison between internal teams carriers TPAs and brokers to ensure policies are issued accurately timely and in full compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate post-sale implementation of new and renewing stop loss groups through effective date
  • Create generate and issue stop loss policies applications amendments and endorsements in accordance with approved underwriting terms
  • Ensure policy documents accurately reflect quoted terms deductibles contract provisions and coverage specifics
  • Track policy issuance timelines and ensure policies and applications are executed and delivered timely
  • Ensure all stop loss policies applications and related documentation comply with carrier guidelines MGU standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain policy forms disclosures and compliance documentation by state and carrier
  • Monitor and support state-specific compliance requirements filings and documentation standards
  • Maintain organized audit-ready files and documentation
  • Process mid-year policy changes amendments and administrative updates
  • Serve as a point of contact for brokers TPAs and internal teams regarding policy application and compliance inquiries
  • Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy efficiency and risk mitigation

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in stop loss insurance health insurance administration or an MGU or carrier environment
  • Strong understanding of stop loss contract provisions underwriting terms and policy structures
  • Experience working with brokers TPAs and carriers
  • Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
