Target compensation is $70000 and up to $120000 for potential overachievement at 50% above target.

About the position:
The Business Account Executive position is the face of Omni Fiber within the communities we serve. This role is accountable for increasing the number of Omni Fiber customers and community event representation within the assigned market(s). The Business Account Executive will work to increase the overall subscriber base by primarily conducting face-to-face and in-office sales presentations (such as commercial door-to-door selling local community events and other activities as assigned).
What you will do:
- Achieve or exceed a monthly sales quota by selling door-to-door to commericial customers promoting Omni Fibers internet voice and TV services in assigned territories/communities.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner in order to promote teamwork a positive work environment and to achieve company-initiated goals and projects.
- Outbound calls emails and in-person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades.
- Participate in activities that promote Omni Fiber Products and Services i.e. trade fairs city events informational sessions etc. during business and non-business hours (with some evenings and weekends) to generate leads and sales.
- Work cross-functional with all Omni Fiber team members to ensure an unparalleled customer journey.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- 1 years of small/medium business sales cycle experience
- Must have a valid drivers license acceptable driving record and minimum state required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection.
- Experience working for an ISP Telecom provider or other direct-to-consumer industries preferred.
- Proficient in computer usage with good typing skills including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or other lead management software preferred.
