Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our production this role you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to blueprints schematics or written instructions. You will work with hand tools power tools and precision instruments to ensure high-quality builds.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical parts and components based on technical drawings instructions or specificationsUse hand tools power tools and other equipment safely and accuratelyConduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure proper functionalityTroubleshoot and correct assembly errors as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve technical issuesAdhere to safety protocols and company policies at all timesComplete production and inspection reports as requiredParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:High school diploma or GED (Technical certification preferred)Prior experience in mechanical assembly or related field (1-3 years preferred)Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and schematicsProficient in using hand tools and basic measuring instruments (calipers micrometers etc.)Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems a plusPhysical Requirements:Standing: Essential job function/physical : Essential job function/physical twisting bending and stooping: Job function/physical and pulling: Job function/physical forward and overhead: Job function/physical : Employees must lift 25 pounds and Occasionally 50-75 pounds with assistanceBenefits:401(k) matching at 90 day vested 100%Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance Short term Disability Long term Disability InsuranceForesight Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
