Role Summary

FD Echo ensures that production solutions continue delivering value after deployment. This role focuses on sustainability reliability lifecycle management and driving the adoption of deployed capabilities.

Travel expectation is typically 1030%.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of deployed solutions and maintain operational performance.
• Develop lifecycle management plans including versioning and release management.
• Monitor system health using Foundry and AIP observability tools.
• Drive user adoption and provide training and documentation.
• Support recurring value realization measurement cycles.
• Identify scalability improvements and architectural enhancements.
• Support release and deployment management activities.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Experience with operational tooling release management and dependency tracking.
• Ability to evaluate AI agent performance using AIP observability tools.
• Strong documentation and enablement skills.
• Ability to drive organizational adoption and change management.

Experience

• 210 years in engineering operations or technical product roles.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.

Success Metrics

• Production solution uptime and reliability.
• Growth in active users and adoption metrics.
• Successful completion of value realization cycles.
• Reduction in system atrophy and emergency remediation events.
• Documentation and enablement coverage.

Stakeholder Interactions

• FD Delta: Transition production systems from development to sustainment.
• FD Partner: Report adoption blockers and operational risks.
• Platform Lead: Coordinate infrastructure and monitoring configuration.
• Business Users: Drive adoption and collect feedback.
• Value Partner: Support value realization reporting.
• Enterprise Architecture: Collaborate on scalability and sustainability improvements.
