Home Health Aides and CNAs

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate skilled reliable and experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs for the Stoneham area to assist with our clients who are in need of support and companionship. Clients are seeking an outstanding HHAs or CNAs to assist with activities of daily living assist with light house-hold support possible meal assistance exercise routine possible outing and/or errands.

We are a preferred provider for the Veterans Administration; Traditions Home Health Services assists Veterans in their own home. Traditions Home Health Services is seeking compassionate reliable and skilled CNAs and HHAs to assist with our VA Clients.

Available Shifts: Weekdays: Monday through Fridays Weekends: Saturday and Sunday

Hours:

3-4-hour shift example 7a-10a 8a-12p 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm

Sometimes clients are looking for afternoon shifts: 3pm-7pm or 4pm-8pm

Here at Traditions Home Health Services we offer a small consistent team for our clients. These would be permanent hours.

Job Description:

• Assist with the Activities of Living personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking exercising according to Care Plan
• Providing stimulating conversation
• Activities
• Encourage fluid intake possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
• Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Home Health Aide or CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements are as follows:

• Home Health Aide Certification and or CNA Certification
• 2Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind compassionate reliable and skilled HHA/CNA
• Clean driving record ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test QuantiFERON Gold Test or X-ray
• Speak read write the English language clearly and effective communication skills.
• You must own a smart phone.
