Club 10 is a resort-style amenity-driven community and we need someone who matches that energy. You are not sitting behind a desk waiting for the day to end. Youre moving engaging setting the standard and owning the floor every single shift.
What This Role Actually Looks Like
- On your feet 8 hours and youre fine with that
- Greeting residents and guests like theyre the most important part of your day (because they are)
- Keeping amenity spaces clean polished and resort-ready at all times
- Supporting events reservations and resident experiences
- Handling calls emails and inquiries with professionalism and speed
- Enforcing community guidelines with confidence not confrontation
- Collaborating with onsite teams to keep everything running at a high level
Who Were Looking For
- Active fitness-minded individuals who are comfortable and energized by being on their feet all day
- Customer service hospitality front desk or concierge experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communicators with natural charisma and a professional edge
- High attention to detail you notice what others miss
- Calm under pressure composed in chaos never rattled
- Baristas retail teammates and service industry pros are strongly encouraged to apply
